These Terms and Conditions of Use (“T&Cs”) govern access to and use of the website www.yourworldiscalling.com (the “Site”), operated by “Your World is Calling”, a company incorporated under Swiss law, based in Sabline 49, 1972 Anzere, Switzerland.
By accessing the Site, all users (“Users”) fully accept these T&Cs without reservation.
Nature of the site
The Site is an editorial platform showcasing a selection of businesses (experience providers, unique accommodations, creators, etc.) that are part of an international network. The Site does not provide booking or commercial intermediation services.
Access to the site
Access to the Site is free and open. However, some features may be reserved for approved members or partners. The User agrees not to disrupt the functioning of the Site or use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphic design, etc.) is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.
Member content
The member pages contain information and visuals provided by the members themselves. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this content. Each member is solely responsible for their own published information.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their application or interpretation shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sion (Valais, Switzerland).
